Comfortable family owned, pet friendly, two bed lodge with secure, enclosed garden.

Thoughtfully furnished with everything you could need for your stay. 

Open plan living / dining and kitchen area, patio doors opening out to the beautifully landscaped, private, enclosed garden with stunning views over the Cornish landscape to the sea.

Bedroom one; with king size bed, double wardrobe and dressing table with drawers.

Bedroom two; a family room with double bed and bunk beds, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.  Travel cot available too. 

Newly refurbished bathroom and kitchen. 

Kitchen has full fridge/ freezer, oven and hob, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.  Plenty of cutlery and crockery, ovenware and utensils.

Large open conservatory with comfortable seating.

Flat screen smart TV and lots of DVDs

The property has an electric card meter. £5 Cards are available to buy on the site. You shouldn’t need any more than £20 for a week.

There is no Wi-Fi on site. Mobile phone reception is good with 3 and 4G available.

Bedding and sheets are all provided.

You will need to bring your own towels and a bath mat.

Essentials to get you started will be there on arrival - tea, coffee, sugar and milk, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, cloth and oven gloves… even a few Cornish goodies for a little treat!  

Two well behaved dogs are welcome to come and stay.  Please do not allow them to sit or sleep on the furniture,  They must not be left in the lodge on their own.
